Confidential jewelry manufacturing: your designs stay yours

Brands show us collections before anyone else sees them. Here is how sketches, CAD files, samples and pre-launch projects are handled — and what to ask for if you need more.

What we commit to

A collection is months of work and, before launch, a competitive advantage. These commitments apply from your first message, whether or not the project goes ahead.

Your designs
Used only to assess, quote, prototype and produce your pieces. Never offered to other clients, adapted into other collections or sold under another name.
Pre-launch projects
Your brand, your project and your launch date are not mentioned to anyone outside the work. Nothing is shown before you launch.
Sketches, photos & CAD files
Shared only with the partner workshop making your pieces, and only the files it needs to make them.
Presentation
Your pieces do not appear in our photographs, portfolio, website, social media or sales presentations unless you agree in writing.
Models, molds & samples
Made for your designs and used for your orders. Whether they are kept for reorders, sent to you or destroyed is agreed with you and written into the quote.

Before you send files

You decide how much to share, and when. Four precautions that cost nothing and still get you a useful answer.

  1. Start light

A description and a few low-resolution images are enough for a first answer and a quote.

  2. Hold back what you prefer

Crop, watermark or simplify sketches if you wish. Full technical and CAD files can follow once the project goes ahead.

  3. Ask for an NDA first

Say so in your request — before attaching anything sensitive — and we agree the terms before files change hands.

  4. Use a private channel

Send files through the quote form or by e-mail rather than public links. Files sent through the form reach our team directly, by e-mail and through private download links that expire after six months.

NDAs, rights and partner workshops

Non-disclosure agreements. If your project needs one, tell us before sending files. You can send your own NDA; we review it and agree the terms first.

Your rights. Your designs remain yours. Asking for a quote or placing an order does not transfer any rights in them. Protecting a design by registration is your decision — we can't do it for you, and we don't claim to.

Partner workshops. We work with independent workshops in Jaipur and, for some projects, with partner factories in China. Each receives the files it needs for your pieces, for the sole purpose of making them, and is asked to keep them confidential.

Creative confidentiality and personal data are two different things

This page is about your creative work: designs, files, samples and launch plans. How your personal data — name, e-mail, country — is collected, used and protected is a separate subject, covered by our privacy policy.

Nothing on this page replaces a contract. When a project needs specific terms — an NDA, the fate of molds, exclusivity on a design — they are written into your quote or into a separate agreement before work starts.

Questions about confidentiality

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

If you need one, mention it in your request before sending sensitive files. You can send your own NDA for review; we agree the terms with you before any confidential file changes hands.

Can a design I send be made for another brand?

Not by us. Pieces developed from your designs are made only for you, and the partner workshop receives your files for your pieces only. If you need this in writing, it goes into your quote or your NDA.

Do you show client work in your portfolio?

Not without written consent. The photographs on this website are concept visuals — original images of the kind of jewelry we develop — not client work.

Who sees my files?

The people working on your project, and the partner workshop making your pieces for the files it needs. Your contact details and launch plans are not part of what a workshop needs to make a piece.

What happens to my files after the project?

Copies are kept only while they are useful for your orders and reorders. Ask at any time and we delete the copies we hold.

Who owns the designs?

You do. Asking for a quote or placing an order does not transfer any rights in your designs. Registering a design or a trademark is your decision, best taken with your own counsel.

Send what you're comfortable sending

A short description is enough for a first answer. If you need an NDA before sharing files, say so in your request and we will settle it first.

You can send sketches, reference photos, CAD files, a quantity per design and a finish.
